§1 General Provisions

• §1.1 These regulations define the rules for returns for customers making purchases on the Czleku Clothes server (hereinafter referred to as the "Server").
• §1.2 The Seller and Payment Administrator is Czleku Clothes Management.
• §1.3 All payments made to Czleku Clothes are final and non-refundable, unless the regulations provide otherwise.
• §1.4 By making a purchase on the Server, the Buyer accepts the terms of these regulations.

§2 Return Policy

• §2.1 Refunds are not possible for digital products that have been delivered to the Buyer.
• §2.2 The Buyer waives the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
• §2.3 If the product or service has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of payment, the Buyer may request a refund.
• §2.4 All refund requests must be submitted to the Server administration, providing payment details and a justification for the refund.
• §2.5 The Administration has the right to reject a refund request if it considers that the product has been delivered in accordance with the description and regulations.

§3 Return Procedure

• §3.1 To apply for a refund, the Buyer must contact the Server administration within 24 hours of purchase, providing proof of payment and justification for the refund.
• §3.2 The refund, if approved, will be made within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the application.
• §3.3 Confirmation of purchase is not a bank transaction confirmation or PayPal confirmation.
• §3.4 In the event of an attempt to abuse the refund system, the Buyer may be blocked on the Server and subject to further consequences.

§4 Final Provisions

• §4.1 Czleku Clothes Management reserves the right to change these regulations at any time.
• §4.2 Any disputes arising from the interpretation of these regulations will be resolved by the Server administration, and in the case of legal disputes - by the competent court.
• §4.3 The Regulations enter into force on the day of their publication on the Server.
